Life before death
Image by David Bennett As a child I had a near death experience. The picture above is a good rendering of where I was during my ascent. Most of what is reported about the experience sounds familiar ( Kate Lanau ). The most unpleasant memory of the event was when I realized I had to return. I was about four years old.

Snowden, Soghoian, and the rest of the privacy advocates of this world are right to warn us about the pervasive surveillance of the world’s innocent people.
