Palestinian Delegation

573. A particular area for discernment on the part of the lay faithful concerns the choice of political instruments, that is, membership in a party or in other types of political participation. A choice must be made that is consistent with values, taking into account actual circumstances. In every case, whatever choice is made must be rooted in charity and tend towards the attainment of the common good[1200]. It is difficult for the concerns of the Christian faith to be adequately met in one sole political entity; to claim that one party or political coalition responds completely to the demands of faith or of Christian life would give rise to dangerous errors. Christians cannot find one party that fully corresponds to the ethical demands arising from faith and from membership in the Church. Their adherence to a political alliance will never be ideological but always critical; in this way the party and its political platform will be prompted to be ever more conscientious in attaining the true common good, including the spiritual end of the human person[1201].

Yoga

Buddha, wrote:                                                  Start Yoga

"...[T]here is the cultivation of meditative and contemplative techniques aimed at producing what might, for the lack of a suitable technical term in English, be referred to as 'altered states of consciousness'. In the technical vocabulary of Indian religious texts such states come to be termed 'meditations' ([Skt.:] dhyāna / [Pali:] jhāna) or 'concentrations' (samādhi); the attainment of such states of consciousness was generally regarded as bringing the practitioner to deeper knowledge and experience of the nature of the world." The face of wisdom

A thief threatens you then takes your money. A criminal takes your money then threatens.

A man is not a measure of his might, or he would be fighting with might.

Compensation is when you have people believe the size of your machine is in proportion to your manhood.

Stupidity is how little you know. Self loathing is advertising how little you know.

Politics is a high school popularity contest.

Life seems to be chaotic. Life is to much for to many. Life is here to stay.

Enhance our lives

see with both eyes

___________________________________________________

In bygone days I had a publishing gimmick called "seeing beneath the line".   It was an alternative view. Single vision is using one side of the brain to interpret reality and make decisions.  Historically a ruling imperative allows leaders is to adopt such a viewpoint.  Having to take into account both sides of the brain, using both eyes to view their piece of the world seems to clash with the idea of who they are, or want for themselves and those that matter - the ones in power who support them.

Words

                                              Have you ever listened
                                              The words that you speak
Tell me your thoughts they seek
Tongue till fingers rise know the name
Then hear who you are all the same

This is what I saw in my mind  This is not what the scene looked like  I changed it to fit a more desirable perception  We all do this with everything we experience  The act of making an instance in time real  has good or bad results

Another desk shot

Personal information is stored on removable memory   some of them are museum pieces
the average computer user needs no more than a gig for anything personal   Gigs of space accommodate pictures and other large files that aren't easily read by word processors  unless a private mail server is in use

Little bits of data aid in human recursive memory tasks   thats about all computers are good for  How it is used is the big question the ones no one has answers for

Father knows best

When my daughter was a child I told her that she would marry a black man.
Being of Italian descent and caucasian she did not believe me.  What prompted
the prediction was her playmate who was afro american.  Today her boy friend
is pictured above.  He is kind, considerate, and hardworking.  A man is not
measured by the color of his skin or one's station in life, but by his actions
that are admirable.  We all make mistakes, being born is not one of them.

When we do something, and whatever we did, I want to repeat this idea once more, we must never forget the moral and ethical foundations of our business. All that we do must benefit the people to strengthen the human, not destroy it. I want this is what you wish.

Gotta get a get

i

If your Jewish and you know a little Yiddish, then you know that a 'get' means a divorce.  If you are thinking about getting a divorce, don't wait for the kids to grow up and put them through ten or more years of parental strife, to put it politely. Do everyone you call loved ones a service,
and end what is customarily an ugly relationship before it screws up the ones that mean the most.  Your not doing them any favors by sticking it out - while sticking it to each other.

Family shows like Leave it to Beaver and Father Knows Best where the values I hung on to while my parents chose to become strangers in a not uncommon strange land.

Or you could become real adult parents and choose to raise a family.  Life isn't easy. Get it!
