In fact it will record streams to a hard disk for play back while not Internet connected. Only the beta version will accomplish all of the above. While this media player is absolutely free without nag screens look for the day when it will be a product fully functional and bug free as another Internet commodity, as it should be. Nobody does anything for nothing, unless they just be doing nothing and expecting just as much in return.
