In a humanitarian
effort to increase communications with people who would otherwise not
speak to the free world at large, Samsung has offered to export its
entire stock of recently developed Galaxy Note 7 smart phones to the
Islamic State. NATO and organizations designed to provide health
care will negotiate the release of the smart phones on the condition
that they not be used as IEDs.
