Scammed Given false information which leads to the loss of assets.
I was scammed! The PayPal invoice is legitimate. After doing some research I found that anyone can create a Pay Pal invoice. Their plan was to have me open my bank account to see if I had been charged, then run a program from them to correct the problem. I didn't go for it and hung up and turned off my phone. Grammar and use of English is a giveaway. There was a link to this bitcoin scam when I researched it. I should have searched while talking to them. Other giveaways: they asked me if I was alone, did I use Zelle a way to send and receive money, discouraged the use of virtual private network. I waited for a solution when I should have given it more thought. Do people think that all of us who are of age are inept? Why would anyone buy $349.00 worth of bitcoins, and with PayPal? Don’t play with these theives, if you didn't create the transaction simply hangup and alert your bank.
