Brexit is the British exit from Europe's economy. By isolating themselves from their neighboring countries

they also put their defenses at odds with foreign policies that would require negotiation during dire times – a dangerous waste of time.

The whole political media uproar becomes a gadget with no real purpose, just as the current US presidential race becomes a contest of words with little or no outcome. The British people will listen to someone who will define an inevitable consequence with certainty just as soon as the Americans decide on a president whose words and actions they can trust - before the election.
