Putin joke Not ready for prime time

 
Last year, during the course of awarding the winners of the Russian Geographical Society the Russian president said, 9-year-old expert on geography Miroslav Oskirko stated where the Russian border ends. 
 
"Russian border ends through the Bering Strait, where the United States is located," - said the boy. 
 
Laughing, Putin said that "Russian border never ends", but added that he was joking.
