Russians resort to gas saving vehicles

Vladimir Putin is encouraging Russian citizens to drive motorbikes instead of cars and thus reduce the effect of US Oil Sanctions.

 

Of course this is not a fact, but the real story can be found here.  Leaders of countries will do anything to remain at the center of world attention.  Why don't they spend their energy solving social and economic problems rather than drawing attention to themselves?  This proposition is very difficult for autocrats who do not tolerate any kind of opposition.
