"Presidential Disability Amendment"

The Eisenhower presidency out of necessity penned the the 25th amendment to the constitution.

The Twenty-fifth Amendment (Amendment XXV) to the United States Constitution deals with presidential succession and disability.

Section 1 clarifies that the vice president becomes president if the president dies, resigns, or is removed from office. Section 2 establishes the procedure for filling any vacancy in the office of the vice president.

Section 3 allows the president to temporarily transfer their duties to the vice president, for example during a planned medical procedure. Section 4 provides that the vice president, together with a majority of certain Cabinet officers, may declare the president unable to carry out his duties, after which the vice president immediately assumes the duties of the president; if the president objects to such a declaration, Congress resolves the question.

Recent actions by those who promote the dictates of President Trump appear to qualify this president for removal of office under the twenty-fifth amendment  His actions clearly show little regard not only for his supporters but also the public at large including those who serve him at the capital building  To encourage the rage of minority extremist groups to enact revenge for a failed 2nd term as president of the United States is unconscionable
