Slaves of time

 ""2045: The Year Man Becomes Immortal" was an article published in Time Magazine in 2011 by Lev Grossman. The article features Ray Kurzweil, Director of Engineering at Google Inc., who describes how we are approaching a moment when computers will become intelligent, and not just intelligent but more intelligent than humans. When that happens, humanity - our bodies, our minds, our civilization - will be completely and irreversibly transformed" 

  "Slaves of Time, recorded in collaboration with soprano Rebecca Nelsen and rapper Olly Hodding, reflects on the fleeting nature of life, about the idea of having limited time on earth to achieve our dreams. It's about living life as if it every day was our last."

Retiring at the age of seventy-five during a pandemic follows the title of this blog   The difference being the life lived up to this point   We and all those like myself are fortunate to have been born when we did  Of all the years given to me   I feel the most gratitude for the 1950's, the time of my childhood
