Children often know they know

Until they grow and forget the blow

That left them all alone to go.

Some survive, some thrive

They march to war with eyes all wide 

Many die inside or out, the rest live nigh.

When parents care to gaze, to stare, to care

The future changes their offspring.

If they dare, or have the means to spare

They can lean on people high who give or take

The breath from them, should a strong soul bear...

Is informed without perverted power and is genuinely aware.
