Tesla gaining ground on model 3 manufacturing as president Xi Jinping announces plans to open up China's economy, including lowering tariffs for autos and enforcing the legal intellectual property of foreign firms.

How else does a politician remain in his imposed presidential position without a threat of opposition or anarchy - be a people pleaser.  President Trump for all his lack of demeanor must find it hard to control his quivering Tweeter finger over this new development reported by Xi Jinping.  Bringing people to the bargaining table has finally produced a significant result.
