Pigeon accused of spying released after 8 month detention

"Mumbai police told The Washington Post that after “deep and proper inquiry and investigations,” they did not find “any suspicious material or fact” associated with the pigeon. It was released last week and is in fine health, according to the hospital."

Lost in a race off of Taiwain the bird may have gotten a ride on a boat to finish the 3000-mile journey to India   These racing pigeons can fly over 600 miles in a day   To fly to India it had to make stops along the way  Fortunately, no fighter jets from any country were dispatched to down the errant pigeon
