Take back your time
After the roll out of windows 95, while working at Home Shopping Club, a customer
service call was given three to five minutes for completion. Knowing this was not enough
time to satisfactorily accomplish anything, tech support was given the time needed to solve
a problem. Consequently children were made happy at Christmas, and the company eventually
turned a profit from computer sales which made for a successful quarter. Saving time did not make money, satisfied customers made money.
