Mother nature

 If you have the means you can live anywhere you want, on a finger of land that projects into the gulf or near protected wetlands   Who am I to blow into the wind   In 1964 developers dredged up a salt marsh  My house was built on this soil surrounding a pond   The houses are still shifting to this date ever so slowly in the direction of their origin  After thirty five years we have experienced a number or hurricanes   The flood waters have emptied into the pond and into our back yard only once   In 1972 Hurricane Agnes flooded my first new home on Riverside Dr  It flooded again later on during another storm   Do you like nature and a water view   Be prepared to pay for it one way or another  Yes it is a joy to live here - just like Las Vegas with sea shells
