A little qualified guess is that China will not invade Taiwan no matter who is president of the United States They are interested in growing their People-Centric economy by encouraging tourism and solidifying relations with South Korea Not invading China because Trump is president is as faulty an outcome as the US president's own economic policies Keeping the Republican and Democratic parties in contention while allowing the executive branch power absolute - is a sign of weakness This is something XI Jinping is banking on
