Why is South Korea the UK and China more efficiently organized to fight the Corona Virus

Who gets the message to stay safe and how to avoid infection is one of the critical factors in the growth of infection   Poverty is an unavoidable situation that limits the ability for self help   The capable must reach out to all to insure universal health   This is an obvious statement but is a larger problem to deal with than we are currently prepared for at the moment   The discovery of an effective vaccine is the waiting answer  when it is made available globally
