Suppression of citizen outrage is found in cities around the US  This historically temporary state of popular rebellion centralizes retaliation instead of reform  Only time and the will to repair damage done by a few will emerge beyond the tear gas and other weapons of personal assault on the freedom to assemble and to report current social conditions
