Dictator in a democracy?

Former president Donald Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity that he doesn't intend to be a dictator if he's elected “except for Day 1”

Today's serial killers only kill on Day 1.  After that, they are found and shot.  How much damage can a person do in one day?  How much collateral damage, political or otherwise are we willing to tolerate?  Tired of the discord?  Vote?
