Despite a silly and sad portrayal, the constitution however remains sacrosanct

Matthew Abram Groening is an American cartoonist, writer, producer, and animator. He is best known as the creator of the television series The Simpsons, Futurama, and Disenchantment, and the comic strip Life in Hell.

No disrespect to the president.  Homer (as a character) is used with Donald's signature to express my opinion of his fiscal policies.  At the very least, they are silly and undeniably hurtful.
